Sweet and sour snapper

Sweet and sour sauce :

Cara memasak
Method :
1. Lumuri ikan kakap dengan perasan jeruk nipis. Diamkan selama 5 menit.
Marinate the snapper with lime juice. Let stand for 5 minutes.
2. Tuangi bumbu perendam, campur hingga rata. Diamkan selama 3 menit. Lumuri rata ikan dengan tepung sagu. Kemudian goreng ikan, setelah terlihat garing dan kuning keemasan, angkat dan tiriskan.
Pour the marinade, mix until blended. Let stand for 3 minutes. Marinate the fish with sago flour. Then fry the fish, after looking crisp and golden yellow, remove and drain.
3. Saus asam manis : tumis bawang putih dan jahe hingga harum. Masukkan daun Bombay, tumis hingga layu dan harum. Tuangi air, masukan saus tomat, saus sambal dan cuka. Aduk rata. Tambahkan larutan sagu, bubuhi garam dan merica sesuai selera. Aduk rata hingga mengental. Masukkan irisan wortel, cabai merah dan daun bawang. Aduk hingga kental dan mendidih.
Sweet and sour sauce: saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add Bombay leaves, saute until wilted and fragrant.
Pour water, add tomato sauce, chili sauce and vinegar.
Stir well. Add sago solution, add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well until thickened. Add sliced carrots, red chilies and chives.
Stir until thick and boil.
4. Siram saus asam manis di atas ikan kakap goreng. Sajikan.
Flush sweet and sour sauce on top of fried snapper. Serve.
